I'm gonna write about some people.

Mike and Mary.
They're an old couple in the church. They used to go to Soul Survivor, and they were my sister's housegroup leader when she was around my age, but she's 24 now. But yeah, Mike and Mary might actually be the loveliest people I have ever met. I'm now saying this in a nerrrr Christians Christians Christians way, but they both became Christians later on in life. Mike had an addiction (I'm not sure what), Mary prayed, they felt it got better, they've been Christians for a while now, but that's how they became so close. They were both at Soul Survivor the second year that I went, they were like the grandparenty people you go to if you have a problem and stuff. Whenever they see people from the youth group around they stop and say hello and ask how they are, even if they don't know them particularly well.
I remember Christmas '09 Mary came up to me and said, "Annabel, now don't get annoyed at your mum for saying anything and maybe don't tell her that I've spoken to you, but I understand you haven't been very well recently and that there's been a few problems. You can pop round whenever you like to have a chat and I'm always around. You've met my granddaughter, you know Jenny who was at Soul Survivor this year, so I do have a bit of experience with teenagers. I won't go back to your mum to tell her what you've said, but just make sure you know that I'm here." Yeah I was annoyed at my mum, but I didn't know what was going on with me affected her so much, I didn't even think she knew much was going on. I didn't go to see Mary, it would have been too scary for me, I hate talking about me to people. I didn't say anything to my mum either, I couldn't do that to Mary. But it was just lovely that she said that, like made me think about how there are some really lovely people in the world, and I'm not saying no one else is nice, but for me, and although I rarely find the courage to get to church; the church is where I've met the nicest people I've ever met.
Just makes me smile thinking about Mike and Mary, the world needs more people like them.

The Tucker Family
Again, they are Christian.. Yesterday I got the train to theirs to get some help on composition and they're just lovely. They, their son and their daughter have all done charity stuff and a lot of stuff in the church. I was super scared about being there because I don't know them hugely well, but I do know them. But as soon as I got in the car at the station I felt like they were almost family, it's weird. But yeah I got in the house and I felt like I was at home. I think it's great that their youngest son who's 10 is so lovely too. I don't know, I can't really explain why he might not be, but 10 year old's can just be 10 year old's without going out their way to be especially nice and welcoming and stuff, but he was just like his parents. I can remember from when I've met their old son and daughter that they've been lovely. At dinner times you can tell that their daughter was anorexic, they put different types of stuff on the table and always let you take it, instead of putting it on the plate and say stuff like, "take whatever you want", "you can help yourself to this, but you don't have to" and "I'll just put this here so you can choose what you want". So I'm glad about that, I always hate eating at other peoples houses. I hadn't eaten that day and had some tomato soup there wit ha little bit of cheese, so I let there having had dinner, but not feeling complete shit (y). Like Mike and Mary, the world needs more people like them. :)
