riiiiiiiiight.
Today, woke up late and then didn't want to get the later train on my laz cause my friend starts late so I said I'd miss first lesson and go in late cause it's only an hour lesson and we're working on coursework.. Then I didnt want to go in at all, then when it wen past the time I was supposed to leave I realised I should have gone in but it was too late :/ SO because I told my fam I was going in and people were home, I had to go out. So I went to k'town for a bit. I got some undies, a rolling stones dress, and a beatles t-shirt. And that's the end of sounding like a 5 year old writing about their day.
I ate... A bourbon biscuit before I went out, bought a salad when I was out which was 120 cal, was home alone when I got home, ate the salad, had some cereal, some crisps and a biscuit, threw up... But I actually felt physically sick after eating that much. It's SO disgusting. Like what it's actually doing... BLEGGHGHSIUDFBSIDFUALSDF. Then after that I've have a 40 cal hot chocolate, a biscuit, a 57 cal soup and a clementine and that's it for today.
I went out for a smoke about 2 hours ago, walked around the park n shiz. Shit scared though, there's no lights in that park :| I put it out on my arm cause I felt like it, never done that before but y'know. It hurt (obviously), then stung, then it was a little numb bit on my wrist, now it's a blister and it's so weird...
Disgusting shiz today. I lost 2 pounds... Havwn't lost weight in SO long, now I'm so determined to not put in back on so I'm gonna exercise like fuck in hope that I can actually lose more and that there maybe a slight chance that my metabolism is starting to be a bit kinder to me.
