I think I'm gonna include what I eat each day on here

This thing is like a diary, but it's open to PT and PA people if they want to look. Other people can see it, but I don't think any people who aren't on those sites would come across it.
I'd like everything to be in one place, rather than have a diary I write in, or a Word document, so it can go on here.
Carrots x2- est 90 cal, one was small and one was average...
Clementines x2- 70 cal
1 cup of tea with 2 sugars and a small amount of skimmed milk- 45 cal
 = 205 calories. Way too much. Probably why my BMI is staying at fucking 21.5. How the fuck do most people eat normally and be skinny? Nature sucks and is so unfair.

  1. If you've been on an extremely low calorie count for a while your metabolism is probably in the ditch.
    It's counter-intuitive, but if you spend a week eating a normal amount of calories (at least 1,000) your metabolism will rev back up and you'll actually lose weight. Then you can drop back to the 200 a day thing.

  3. heya, so many people are saying that same thing... when i was ana 2 years ago, i lost a lost of weight quickly, but now it's just not possible...
    dont eat, but then i proved that wrong because i did lose weight...
    i'm tempted to eat more just for a few days, but i'm too scared that it won't work :/
